Important ordering and delivery information
Remember, our packages are sent insured and require signatures and a full address (no P.O. Boxes), so you may prefer to have us ship to a work address. Call us with any questions at 800-421-0200.
Many of the photos used are of samples that are custom-made to your order’s specifications. Most of Jewelry Factory products are made to order after you place your order. In-stock items are generally shipped in 48-72 hours.
Most diamond and gemstone products are set to your order’s specifications and will be completed in 7-10 days and then shipped by your chosen method.
Customized items, which include our law enforcement and fire department badge jewelry, are subject to 4-6 week delivery as each is completely custom-made and hand-finished under our strict quality control methods.
Note: If you have a special occasion you’re purchasing for, please tell us in your order notes. If there is a problem meeting your target date, we’ll contact you within 24-48 hours.

Return Policy
Returns, if necessary, are no big deal.
The Jewelry Factory stands behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its original, unused, unaltered condition within 15 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it.
Please note that custom-sized, ordered, and assembled items are not eligible for return. Law enforcement, Fire Department, and other departmental mini badge jewelry that has been customized with engraving of numbers or rank are not eligible for return but may be returned for adjustment of finishing details. Returns that exceed 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns will be processed within seven business days of arrival at our facility.
Please follow the instructions noted below to expedite the return process:
Call us for a Return Authorization Number.
Be sure to state the reason the item is being returned.
Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Be sure to include original packaging, any paperwork you may have received, and package securely for return.
Do not write the word “jewelry” in the address or mark your package in a way that indicates the value of the contents.
Be sure to put the Return Authorization Number on the front of the package and address it to The J. Factory,

Ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail™, or United Parcel Service (UPS), and insure it for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrives at its destination. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for a refund.
Please note that The Jewelry Factory is not responsible for loss or damage to your package during shipment and up to the point that it has been delivered to our facility. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments for return nor items without a Return Authorization Number on the package label.
